I’m not sure if I really understood it myself yet, but I’m back home in Copenhagen!
58.201 km, 2200 days, and 58 countries since I left… but those are only numbers. What’s really important is the memories; the fascinating places I saw, and the amazing people I met. Trust me, the world is generally a good place 🙂
At the same time it feels right to be back among friends and loved ones again. Such were my thoughts as I cycled into the Copenhagen City Hall Square – the very same place where it all started back in 2010.
Friends, family, and followers – thanks for joining the virtual ride and and thanks for all the moral support. It was a true pleasure having you on board!

Oh, and don’t worry too much – this channel will not go silent. As you might have noticed I only made it to Kenya in my diary. I will spend the next month updating the blog so that I will make it through the rest of Africa and Europe back to Copenhagen in the virtual world as well. Stay tuned…

We met in Kigali,Rwanda just after you made the 50.000km. I was working there to find sport related projects with my colleague. I stopped my work and listened to your stories – really enjoyed it. Just thought about that night today and remembered your website. Glad that you made it home before winter 🙂
