Day 11: Wroclaw

Posted by Thomas Andersen Posted on Oct - 16 - 2010

I woke up quite late, said goodbye to Iwona and once again thanked for the great stay at their place.

As I walked into the town center I thought about how happy I am to be doing this trip – to be living my dream.

Wroclow itself is a fantastic and to a certain extend undiscovered city by tourists. At least compared to Krakow.

Later in the day I met with radio friends Donata and Maciek. They were great guides and showed me many places I would not have found on my own.

The day ended with a few beers in the local radio club before I took the metro back to my hostel. It was the first time I used public transportation on my trip but I was only happy to rest my legs a bit. Tomorrow the road is calling again.
