Luckily the wind from yesterday had decreased, and after climbing a mountain I even had the wind from behind on the last 40 km. What a feeling of victory compared to yesterday!
The views along this western coastline of Turkey continue to be breathtaking. I have heard there is a lot of snow in Denmark these days – that all seems very far from here!
I have set up an important meeting with some radio guys in Izmir for the weekend. With the slow progress yesterday I think I will have to take a bus tomorrow to make it on time.
