On the 20 km ride from the suburbs of Amman into the city center I had another flat tire. Unfortunately they are getting too frequent these days. I’m looking forward to receive a set of new tires and tubes for Christmas.
Amman didn’t receive a lot of praise from the people I have met who have been here. It is certainly not a city based on tourism, but I actually like that. The sunset from the citadel on a hill above the old city provides for some breathtaking views.
