Day 32: Bucharest

After a nice breakfast at Andy’s place we headed into town. I was going to meet Jørleif from Faroe Islands who runs a software company in Romania. We met at his office right next to the Parliament Palace, the world second largest building after the Pentagon.

Jørleif had hinted that had an empty apartment in the city. Sure enough I’m now walking around with the key to my “own” private apartment with cable tv, internet, and washing machine right in the central square of Bucharest.

I can’t even describe how nice this feels after being constantly on the move for one month. I will be staying a few more days for sure.
