Yesterday my friend Nagi had helped me find a hotel which was good value for money – a step up from the really cheap places I usually tend to stay. This place was even so fancy that they stick a fresh newspaper under your door in the morning. I was about to read a few headlines before breakfast when I saw a picture of myself!
Sure enough, a nice article along with the picture that was taken yesterday had already made it to the printed edition of The Times of India. As I went down for breakfast the hotel staff pointed at the newspaper as well. The VIP feeling was complete.
With all the media attention there was almost no time for cycling. Instead I answered some phone calls and thought I might better spend some time updating the website with some fresh stories.
