I was not sure about the distance to Bogor, but after using a lot of public transport lately I knew that a train ticket would cost 5000 rupiah or 0.40 euro. Based on that fact I assumed I could cycle there in a day.
Cycling out of Jakarta the traffic was heavy and the smog was thick. Not the most enjoyable cycling for sure. I hope tomorrow will be better.
Bogor is known for it’s botanical gardens and it’s rain. It rains every day. Luckily I found my hotel one hour before the daily down pour began.
